Yoga for Special Needs Adapted yoga programmes are for people who need or prefer a more individual approach
due to
- Cancer or illness recovery
- arthritis
- back pain
- fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue
- injury
- mental anxiety and emotional stress, etc
In such cases, a personalized yoga practice is developed for your specific needs.
Private Class $75 (1 hour) Package of 3 classes $175
Semi Private $75 + $20 per additional person (1 hour)

May 1-2 ‘On the Table’ 12 hour Intro for massage therapists

June 2 - 6 Thai Yoga Therapy Professional Training: Level I
- 32.5 hours over 5 days (Wed - Sun)
Albert Swiercz is approved by the National Certification Board for
Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved
Provider. A Certificate of Completion will be issued to the students after the
conclusion of the 12 hour and 32.5 hour courses.
