Yoga Sivananda de l'Outaouais has specific registration periods for fall, winter, spring and summer sessions. There are different packages and payment options available to suit your schedule and budget.
How to register:
Registrations must be completed BEFORE the start of classes.
1) Choose a class from the Class Calendar. Make note of the number of weeks the class is scheduled to run.
2) Check below for the class rate that applies to your class choice.Tax will be added to the fees:(5% GST + 9.5% PST).Please note that registrations are accepted after the start date if space allows. Fees for late registrations are prorated and a late fee of $12 assessed.
3) Email us at info@yoga-aylmer.com.We will confirm your registration and fee (with tax) and send you a registration form to print and complete. Cheques can be made payable to:Yoga Sivananda de l'Outaouais.
4) Mail these forms with your payment to:Yoga Sivananda de l'Outaouais, 745 chemin d'Aylmer # 204, Gatineau, QC J9H 0B8 OR drop off your envelope at the centre anytime (slip it under the door if necessary).

Full session subscription - # of weeks x $12 prepaid (1 class/week)
The number of weeks for each class varies. Sessions are usually 10 or more weeks. Please consult the page Class Calendar for this info.
Beginners' INTRO
A. Short course Monday & Wednesday (6 classes / 3 weeks) : $72 + tax
B. Thursday 8 p.m.(1 class per week for 11 weeks): $132 + tax
C. Monday 6:30 p.m. (Jan 30 start for 9 weeks): $108 + tax
Level 1 Gentle Yoga on Wednesday at 5:30 pm (5 weeks from Feb 1): $ 60 + tax
Level 2, Level 3 & Open classes (11 weeks) - $132+ tax
50+ class, 11 weeks x $9 = $99+ tax
Seniors' Monday at 1:15 class, 5 weeks x $9 = $45 + tax
Adapted Yoga on Monday at 5:15 pm (5 weeks): $60 + tax
Happy Child Yoga: $10 per week drop-in (pre-registered rate TBA)
Meditation & Kirtan: by donation
Multi-class card: 11 classes = $143 (revised Dec.19, 2011)
Valid for all Level 1. 2. 3 & Open classes as well as for 50+ and Seniors yoga.Valid for Adapted Yoga. Not valid for INTRO classes or workshops. Not valid for prenatal classes. Good for classes to end of session, i.e. March 24, 2012
Winter 2012 Membership : unlimited classes = $242 (11 weeks) Valid to March 24, 2012
This pass is for all participants who plan on taking more than one class/week . Valid for all classes except not for INTRO classes. This unlimited class card also gives free access to the Monday Adapted Yoga, Seniors' Yoga, 50+ Yoga.
Drop-in : First visit - $10 tax included
Subsequent visits - $15 + tax = $17
Most classes except Introduction classes are open for drop-in. It is best to phone ahead to confirm availability.
Specialized classes
- 50-plus: Session rate = # of weeks x $9 Winter 2012: 11 weeks = $99 + tax
Seniors' Monday at 1:15 class, 5 weeks x $9 = $45 + tax
Adapted Yoga on Monday at 5:15 (5 weeks)
5 x $12 = $60 + tax
Happy Child (3-5 yrs old): $10 per class drop-in (Pre-registered rate TBA)

Yoga Therapy
- Thai Yoga Therapy - Individual appointments $75 (1hour) Insurance receipts available
- Spiritual Healing & Energy Medicine / Theta Healing / Sound Healing
- Private Session Rates - $75 (1 - 1.5 hours)
- Package of 3 appointments $150
- Yoga for Special Needs - Private Class $75 (1 hour)
- Package of 3 classes $150
Important Information : |
- GST/QST will be added at time of registration.
- Registrations are accepted during the Open Houses as well as by phone or email.
- Late registrations are accepted after the start of classes if space allows. Fees will be prorated + $12 administration fee.
- Payment may be made in person or by mail before the start of classes unless special arrangements have been made. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.
- We accept personal cheques and cash.
- There are no refunds after 2 weeks. A transferable credit for classes not yet taken at the time of notifying the teacher of inability to continue may be given to use for future classes.
- One missed class may be made up in another class during the same session by notifying the teacher in advance if space is available.
- Financial assistance can be arranged if you are in need. Donations toward an assistance fund are always welcome.
